All the spice - enemies to lovers type dynamic. Not my favorite of the shadow beast series but also, still a fantastic book. I was never huge on Angel in the original series, so don’t let my judgment on that affect your opinion!!
Still written amazingly, and still get our taste of Mera and shadow throughout.

SPOILER - This is the first book with a true loss within the Shadow Pack.. and it’s heartbreaking.
