Conscious Uncoupling: 5 Steps to Living Happily Even After by Katherine Woodward Thomas

4.0

I would almost say this book is probably best for people who grow up in a toxic religious mindset that we have some type of entitlement over how our partners choose to love and grow.

I can still see/use these practices coping with death/loss of friendships, work relationships and family scenarios.

I am still a codependent, needy piece of garbage myself, but the book did provide some newer ish outlooks on how to move on from our attachments. There are also quiet a few Buddhist morals sprinkled in an I think it’s good. 9/10 would read again only 4 stars because there’s a decent amount of repeating of the main goal of the book, chapter after chapter.
