Look y'all, I started this the week I was off the pill and due to get my period so iykyk. But honestly this book was pretty fun. It read super fast and I liked all of the characters and each of their individual stories. You know your boi loves a good ethical non-monogamous relationship portrayed and I think this was done quite well overall. Yes I did have some issues still with how some moments were handled. But I think most of the issues I have can fall under suspense of disbelief I think.
My biggest issue with this book is that it needs an editor. It was 500 pages and let me tell you I love plot with my smut. But I did not need 500 pages of it. Some stuff got a bit repetitive. You don't need to give exposition in one characters POV chapter and then have another character recount the same thing in dialogue in the next chapter for example.
All in all pretty good. I think I'll reach for this author again when I'm in certain mood 😏🤪.
