A great beginning of one of the best fantasy book franchise ever written. Harry Potter is anyway an infamous character already applauded by the kids and the adults through it's movies but books are different beast. I love the writing because it's so simple that it feels illegal to read such simple and straightforward writing after reading goons like Dostoyevsky and Kafka. JK Rowling did amazing with all the characters and gave space to everyone to build up to the next part which i have no idea of. Always a great read after a long tiring day to freshen up your mind with some Hogwarts content. Can't wait to read the second part and want to how they set up my favourite character Tom Riddle's entry. One thing i know is this is not the best Harry Potter book but it's definitely up there. Top 3 maybe.
