actual rating for the whole manga: 4.5/5 or 8/10
exceptional! you can barely catch a break once you start reading and it grips you so much that gets your adrenaline starts kicking in. that being said, while reading i was so impressed with the characters, the story, the story writing and progression that i found no reason to give it a full-score 10/10 rating. but as it was getting closer to the end, the deus ex machina got rather too convenient to be kept using over and over again, especially the closing arc.
otherwise, this is a fantastic read that has the emotions of the characters' entwined with your's. it is a story of much despair, loss, anger, hatred, frustrations, horror and violence but it is also the story of kindness, love and choosing your family above everything and keeping them safe at any cost.
