Just like the other books, this one was good. The author sprinkles in bits of action. I was getting frustrated with America this time around. I loved the things she was doing other then the way she was with aspen and maxon. She was the character that mad me want to tear my eyes out with how dumb she was being. Finally in the end her sister is the one to finally get her to tell maxon how she feels and aspen as well. Thank god for aspen telling America he didn’t want to be with her anymore.
I love how things turned out with Celeste minus her death at the end. Getting shot in the head is a hard way to go for her. I’m also disappointed the queen died as well. The king I’m happy about but not the queen. I also hate how the book ended with not knowing how things with the northern and southern rebels were playing out. Hopefully that is addressed in the next book.
