Cemetery Boys by Aiden Thomas
3.0
While this book is really interesting storytelling from the jump with the lore of the Brujex and their traditions; this book fell flat for me. I found it to be predictable and cringy in the end. While I appreciate both the characters diversity, culture, gender, and sexual identities which are bright spots overall in how they were handled and discussed in this book. It’s still just good for me. I’m pleased I read it but it’s not a new favorite and it’s target audience is definitely not me. I will recommend this to the YA readers in my life.
