End of the Lie by Diana Rodriguez Wallach

3.0

Overall this was a fun series. Of course, completely unbelievable and a tad ridiculous, but fun. It is fiction so who cares how plausible. My main criticism of the series is probably the character of Anastasia Phoenix. I found her to be a little selfish and uncompromising. Her behavior towards Marcus's parents and brother compared with her behavior towards her own parents was really hypocritical. Because of that, I find one aspect of the ending of the series disappointing.

I enjoyed the characters of Charlotte, Julian, Marcus, and even Antonio. I was glad that my suspicions about a couple of these characters did not come to fruition.

This is a great series for young readers who want to delve into the world of international spies.
