Jellyfish Age Backwards: Nature's Secrets to Longevity by Nicklas Brendborg

informative reflective medium-paced

4.0

This was an informative book focusing aging in general - not just of humans, but of plants, animals, types of aging, genetics of aging and so forth, especially about the most modern advances and attempts to prolong aging in humans. I found it to be informative overall, without too much technical talk to bog it down. I found it interesting, although the part about jellyfish was only included in the beginning.
