Anna K: A Love Story by Jenny Lee

Did not finish book. Stopped at 5%.
I really wanted to like this book with the gorgeous cover and premise! I liked the idea of an Anna Karenina retelling (I love retellings in general but this just didn't do it for me. The dialogue is barely there and cringey, there's so much text talk and pop culture references which got annoying. Also the author does a lot of telling instead of showing which I hate (based on other reviews it only gets worse). 

I don't mind unlikeable characters but the amount of misogyny, insta love, and cheating being excused/blaming the girl?! Absolutely not, I have zero interest in continuing
