Twin brothers are fighting over a girl to the point where it may have wrecked their relationship. MC may have been in a gang or some sort of group called the crows, Rae meets Poe a bird she named, unsure of whether it's a boy or girl she gets lost in just showing the little bird love. Her step father seems abusive while her mom complacent not taking initiative to defend her daughter. She meets a sweet and a rugged guy. who's rough around the edges but just as enchanting. Lennox is the sweeter twin while Maddox is the twin that is more serious and wants what he wants. Her step dad threatened her to clean the pool and she's taken about a week with no progress before she was helped by Maddox and Lennox in the process. Apparently Lennox has a dark side even though he jokes the most and acts like a st. They killed people to be in their gang, whether defending their people or not. They helped her with the pool and in turn Lenny is turning her pool into a community center and inviting others all the time. Rae got beat by her stepfather because of it and told the pair she fell down steps. Maddox said if she falls down more steps let them know and they'll take care of it. Their group name is called the Murder of Crows. Rae gets into a fight at school caused by the main bitch in the crows. They wait til she's showered after PE before stealing her clothes and basically jumping her. Maddox breaks everything up and puts the queen bitch in her place. The pair found bruises after helping with pool cover Maddox goes to speak with Lee and ends up beating his ass. Lennox makes a move all in the same night even though she is clearly out of it. Maddox goes ferrel at seeing the pair and ends up giving her the best head, better than Lennox who doesn't care for pleasuring the club girls he's ferrel and wanted what he wanted to get his nut. Lennox ends up fighting Maddox in the street and Lee breaks it up about to arrest them both but instead Lennox rats on Maddox telling Lee he's the one that ended up beating him since he wasn't sure who it was. Maddox then goes to jail for a little under a year and comes back to claim Rae. He already knew they were getting married and that's what caused them to scrap in the first place. On the day of their wedding he fucks her in front of Lennox while he's tied up and takes her virginity not realizing that Lennox was waiting until their wedding night to purify Rae again. After he fucked her once he would not stop until she was stuffed for the day then he took over Lennox's spot at the wedding and she married him instead. He was the one she truly chose anyway. Lennox started acting like a loon. I'm not totally interested in reading a book full of him.
This book was honestly so crazy lol ! It was my first full on bully story and I'm not sure I'm a fan but I did enjoy the writing, this book was one of a kind to me and definitely had me bingeing my way through the book and for that alone I'd like to give it 4 stars. The ending wasn't the best and left me a little empty but definitely not punishing the author for it since there's a book two! I do not plan on reading it because I do not care for Lennox and his crazy ways! 4 stars for Maddox and Rae ! Wish there was more of them.
