The title, the cover, the cute blurb... none of these prepared me for how real and raw this story was. Jude's experience of PTSD was potent and heartbreaking and his relationship with Indira was pure joy to experience as it grew over time and he slowly opened up and started to heal. Their banter and their sweet friendship since they were kids underscored how hard they fell for each other and I just looooved this story. I had to stop what I was doing a couple of times to feel my feelings about this book.
I think the blurb makes this book sound like it's all about this crazy wedding/fake dating setup and it's really not that at all. I don't know how to describe it other than their relationship felt so real and honest and I loved that they found each other. Gah, my heart. Read this book.
