Archenemies, by Marissa Meyer

4.0

Marissa Meyer does not disappoint!

So, I was fairly scared that this book might suffer from second book syndrome, but luckily, it was far from monotone or dragging.

Actually, quite the opposite, reading it was definitely an emotional rollercoaster.
As a reader, I felt super torn between Novas' set of beliefs, morals, convictions, and Adrian's. I truly didn't know who to root for, and I am still unsure who exactly are "the bad guys."

I also love that Nova and Adrian have this whole friends to lovers thing going on, while their alter egos are literally archenemies and trying to yk...unalive each other.

Anyways I can't wait to get my hands on the final book of this trilogy!
