A Million Little Moments by Riley Hart

5.0

This book is exactly why I’ll always love the best friends to lovers trope. Sutton and Jasper’s relationship was everything. The small moments and all the details they remembered about each other and the times they shared had me swooning so hard.

This is not my first book by Riley Hart but it’s definitely my new favorite. I absolutely love her writing and she hit this one out of the park for me.

Jasper and Sutton have been best friends since they were kids. They do everything together, including living together and running a business together. Their lives are completely intertwined.

When Sutton starts to realize he’s in love with his best friend he pulls away, afraid it will destroy their friendship. Jasper takes notice pretty quickly and is terrified he’s in the process of losing his best friend.

I loved everything about this book. It’s full of so many heartfelt scenes but at the same time, they were hard earned. This book has angst, bi-awakening, confusion, family drama and deals with homophobia.

I really appreciated the way Jasper and Sutton tried to communicate with each other the best they could. Sutton was so patient with Jasper and so understanding. They were also both so extremely loyal to each other.

I love these two so much and I just know they’ll be taking up a permanent residence in my head now
