Filled with characters. Sunja & Mozasu are my 2 favorites. Did you know there was such racism between Koreans and the Japanese? This book was eye opening regarding that. 

It has several other themes. It is a compelling read. Happy to have read it. Part 3 was rushed compared to Parts 1 and 2. I wish it had not been, but tis still a story I would recommend.
