I read this not long after reading Ghost Eaters. That book was fine. I'd give it a few more stars, but this one was just needlessly bizarre. This author has a very Mad Libs quality to their style of writing. It feels like, "Name a person/noun/animal/place/profession." It's not my favorite, that's pretty evident though.
