King of Scars by Leigh Bardugo

4.0

Torn right now between 3.5 and 3.75.

It's Leigh bardugo, and we all know she can't go wrong. This was good too, not my favorite, and of course not as good as [b:Six of Crows|23437156|Six of Crows (Six of Crows, #1)|Leigh Bardugo|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1618531219l/23437156._SY75_.jpg|42077459] duology.

I am a fan of Leigh's balanced writing; always right amount of humor, drama, fights.
And her characterization, she makes you love every character.

Here first half was too slow, felt like reading the same story again and again.
Zoya was more prominent as a character than Nikolai; I love her, so I didn't mind.
Didn't like where Nina's storyline is going.

I am quite intrigued by the ending, the sequel is here already! Thank God I don't need to wait!
