A beautiful and stunning tale of a second chance romance after so much pain had been caused. I really enjoyed the character development of both Chance and Brie. They really both come into their own as they grow up during this novel.
This story also contained enough laughter and angst that kept you begging for more and flipping that page to find out what happens. There is a lot of emotional heartbreak in this book but it all comes out good in the end. Chance has so much happening that your heart breaks for him and you cannot help but root for him through out! Brie is guarded when it comes to Chance and I cannot say I blame her. But she realizes what she needed in her life and I found these two together absolutely stunning!
I really enjoy Laine's work so I highly recommend snagging this one up!
