Fatal Throne by Candace Fleming, Stephanie Hemphill, Deborah Hopkinson, M.T. Anderson, Linda Sue Park, Jennifer Donnelly, Lisa Ann Sandell

This was probably my favourite book that I've read in 2020, and that's saying a lot. I really love historical fiction and this era, in particular, is one of the most interesting. Fatal throne is both beautiful and disturbing at the same time.

I really loved how each section was written by a different author because it gave everyone a different voice. Some of the sections were super short while others were really lengthy depending on how long the character lived.

Anyway, I think that this book is informative, entertaining, and eye-opening so if you are okay with some mature content (the book doesn't revolve around it but I think that in a way it was necessary to include to show the main points that the book was trying to communicate), then it's a great read.
