Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen

4.0

I liked Emma so much that I almost immediately decided to re-read Pride and Prejudice 7 years after I first read P&P. And then I immediately watched all six hours of the Colin Firth BBC miniseries for the first time.

And I've gotta say y'all.... I think I like Emma > P&P. It's funnier, snappier, quicker, and I like that personal growth and female friendship are the central themes of Emma.

But they're both wonderful of course.
