Cute Christmas story part of the “Betting on Christmas” series.
It was not my favourite of this series, but enjoyable nonetheless.
I did not fully connect with Kat and Gage, especially in the middle part book where nothing really happened. Things picked up at the wedding, thankfully.
The spy angle was cool but a bit thin for a Christmas romance, as the story had to speed through a bit too quickly.
I was not a fan of this book tying both in with the wedding of Chelsea and Rex from Betting on Christmas, AND another series by the author about spies. There were quite a few references about the secret agent company and the people working there which did nothing for me, besides taking me out of the story and making me doubt if I had properly read. Would not recommend.
