The premise is great, and the overall mystery aspect is really intriguing. However, the buildup was a little too slow burn for me, and the vague mysterious parts weren’t enough to keep my attention. I’m sure the ending picks up more, and that book 2 will have a lot more going on. But it’s a no for me, sadly.
