"A Magic Steeped in Poison" is an absolute masterpiece that deserves every bit of its 5-star rating. It aligns perfectly with the kind of fantasy I adore, and I was utterly enchanted by the author's meticulous descriptions of the world, the magic system, and even the delicious-sounding foods within its pages.

What sets this book apart is its unique concept of magic based on tea. It's a fresh and innovative idea that sets this story apart from the rest. Moreover, I greatly appreciated the cultural representation in the book. It makes the world-building incredibly vivid and easy to immerse oneself in.

The plot of the book is a rollercoaster of emotions, filled with twists, betrayal, and deceit. I felt deeply for the main character as she navigated a world filled with injustice, relentlessly seeking the truth and justice she deserved.

One aspect I particularly enjoyed is that the book doesn't overly emphasize romance, allowing the story to focus on its strengths, such as world-building and character development. "A Magic Steeped in Poison" is a well-crafted and captivating book that I couldn't put down. I eagerly anticipate the continuation of this enchanting story.
