This was a cute little slice of life story about a reformed assassin just trying to live his life. I don’t know that this type of plot was done in a way that felt fresh or new, but it was a fun, easy read for a cozy afternoon. I feel like I got what I wanted out of the first volume and I don’t really feel the need to continue the series.
