This book made me want to have sex again, a truly shocking feat. I loved learning more about Mexican food and music while reading this - I would look up songs or dishes mentioned to see or hear more about what was going on. The story is very much inspired by Romeo and Juliet but stands on it’s own
Spoiler nobody dies
. I also enjoyed seeing multiple generations at play in romance and in business here. Family legacy plays a big role in this book and watching the characters discuss it was super interesting. Also Rámon sounds incredibly hot, god bless.
