The characters were absolutely lovable, I loved the dynamic between Charlotte and Arte. Banting depicted grief, which is a mentionable part of the book, vividly and painfully beautiful. I loved the TV Show trope a lot and enjoyed the Hotel storyline. However I must say I’m a sucker for angst in books and it was lacking in this one. It’s just a personal preference though and shouldn’t keep readers from picking up this book. Their relationship happened a tad bit too fast for my liking but I couldn’t stop adoring their dynamic. It made me twirl my hair and kick my feet from how sweet the romance was written.
