Then There Was You by Miranda Liasson

5.0

This is the story of Sara Langdon and Colton Walker. Sara has moved back home to Angel Falls to spend some time with her grandmother. She is joining her dad's medical practice. She is trying to find herself again after a broken engagement. Colton is the city's police chief. He is a reformed bad boy. He and Sara have never really gotten along. Then an unexpected kiss happens.

I leisurely read this book over a few days. I enjoyed all of it. Family is a big theme in this book. Colton with his grandmother and little sister. Sara working with her father and living with her grandmother. Add in her relationships with her sisters. I liked that this book didn't just focus on the couple, but also on the important people surrounding their lives.

This gorgeous cover is what drew me into reading this book. There is just something about that pop of red that gets me. Then There Was You is my first Miranda Liasson book. I do not think that it will be my last.

I voluntarily reviewed an early copy of this book.
