Heart on the Line by Karen Witemeyer
4.0
Getting to know Grace in this book was a pleasure - I loved hearing about telegraphers, and now I want to learn Morse code, not going to lie. I also appreciated the strength of character that Grace showed, as well as the [side story] transformation of Helen. While the plot itself seems to be repeating itself (woman in danger, man trying to kill her, another man comes to try and save her, even as she shows how independent she is), the premise of a telegraphers was unique enough to hold my attention.
