Dizzy Lizzie by Kat E. Erikson

I quite liked this book, although it was a little sad. While I think that the sentiment is nice enough, it's eye-opening for me, and has me thinking "how often do we *think* we're helping, when we don't need to help?"

Instead of moving the family, and splitting them apart, was there an alternative? Is it necessary to act as if we know best always?

On the other hand, this is a children's story, probably not meant for me to be thinking so much about it, and in the long run the kittens were probably alright and able to live long healthy lives with humans to look after them!
