Caveat - we haven't quite tried this yet. I like the idea of the process, but 1. it does feel very involved and 2. it does still seem to put a lot of onus on the woman/mom-figure/primary parent, just accepting that that is the way things are, which, maybe they are but I hate giving lazy men any outs. Still, we will be trying the method!
