Prince of Thorns by Mark Lawrence

Did not finish book. Stopped at 25%.
I should have loved this book, but Prince Jorg lost my sympathy when he and his robber band raped and murdered their way through a random village because it was there. I also question the logistics of killing people to keep order as often as he does; how does he recruit more troops?
