Nothing Left to Burn by Patty Blount

For starters, the cover is so misleading. It makes you think it's the gritty story of a girl who gets lost, blah, blah. (That's what I can imagine, at least.)
But the main character is a boy. It's a dual POV kind of thing really, but we see it starts and ends with him and Amanda's is more like the impact of him entering her life, blah, blah.
It was an okay book. It's has a lot of family themes and well, the love story. It really bothered me this thing of Does he really want to kill himself or does he not? That we don't dine out until the end of the book. Oh, and the Nirvana thing, who does not know about Nirvana?!
