Love the way she writes mysteries maybe it makes me sound stupid but i love when things wrap up in a way you’d never guess , not every loose end is tied but the ones that are you’d never expect :) Very fun book and made me think too much about the passage of time so I’m sad now :)
Graphic: Domestic abuse, Homophobia, Physical abuse, Racism, Grief, Car accident, Suicide attempt, and Cultural appropriation
Moderate: Rape, Suicide, and War
In Part III there’s a detailed description of the artist colony performing a protest/demonstration wherein they use Native American stereotypes (wearing headdresses , painting their faces etc) It’s brief and thus bit is set in the mid 1920s.
