Be Brilliant Every Day by Andy Cope
3.0
Be Brilliant Everyday is a follow up to The Art of Being Brilliant with additional information on how to tap into positivity.
I liked this book for the same reasons as I liked the initial book, however the parts about PTSD being a ‘negative view’ of a situation and you just need to be ‘grateful’ for the experience didn’t sit right with me as someone who has complex PTSD.
