Honestly, this is the best book I’ve read in my life so far. The writing style seems simultaneously new and yet comfortable. This is a book I would want to read again but am sad that I will never experience it for the first time again.
The era of this book is geared particularly to millennials, since we lived through it. The nostalgia throughout is palpable.
One of the most interesting scenes for me wasthe death of Marx. What a heart-wrenchingly beautiful way to write a death. I will be thinking about that scene for a long, long time.
I would highly, highly recommend this book.
