Endgame by Daniel Cole
5.0
I loved Ragdoll, the first book in this series, couldn’t put it down and I loved the humour. Hangman, the second book, was a bit of a disappointment. Still good but not at the same level as Ragdoll. So I was a bit nervous about starting Endgame, the third and (currently) final book in the series. What can I say? I LOVED it. It was every bit as good as Ragdoll, maybe better. Possibly.
There are 2 timelines that we follow but both are so good that you don’t mind the switching between the two, which can be irritating in other books. The whodunnit element of this story is only a small part of the book and I’ll be honest, I guessed who it was very early on but it didn’t matter because the rest of the book is focused on catching them out. It’s such a good read. I’m hoping there will be more books in this series, or at least from this author, soon.
