Death of a Bore by M.C.Beaton

Blurb

Minor writer John Heppel has a problem--he's a consummate bore. When he's found dead in his cottage, there are plenty of suspects. But surely boredom shouldn't be cause for murder, or so thinks Constable Hamish Macbeth.

My Opinion

As is usual in these books, the murders are staged to look like suicides. For me this book wasn't as gripping as some of the other books in the series, but it was still enjoyable enough and at only 6 hours per audiobook they are so easy to finish in a day. This series is made up of some enjoyable, cosy mysteries.
