Rock Chick Reawakening by Kristen Ashley

5.0

I love it so so much, you have no idea.

We already met Daisy and Marcus in the second book of this series ([book:Rock Chick Rescue|7405450]) and if you are anything like me, you liked them both immediately.
Now, let me tell you. This book wasn't light - not at all, but I still loved it a helluva lot. Honestly, I didn't even know- Nope, forget it. Who am I kidding? I knew I wanted a Daisy book from the very beginning. But I didn't expect this. I cried and then I laughed and then I cried again - and it was the ugly kind of cry. I loved how [author:Kristen Ashley|2958084] introduced (or at least mentioned) characters from previous books (Lee, Eddie, Hank, Vance, Luke, Hector, Shirleen, Darius, Tod, Stevie, Indy and Ally - or at least I think they were the 2 girls arguing with Tod in the shop... She even mentioned Bex, the Zanos and the Townsends).

Daisy didn't have an easy life - not by a long shot. My heart kept breaking for her, because instead of getting better, it was getting worse somehow. That is, until Marcus came into the picture. Daisy was strong enough to deal with all her problems (and she was being fabulous doing it, tbh) but I think that Marcus was the one who completely healed her. I didn't expect to like him as much as I do now. Seriously, I was expecting an alpha-male and I got the sweetest man (well, the sweetest just with his Daisy) and I loved it.

All in all, this was an amazing final book for the Rock Chick Series (though apparently it wasn't supposed to be an epilogue) and I can't give it less than 5 stars. In fact, I'm pretty sure it's a 6 stars.
