Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens

Fantastic book. I felt myself in this character, not in her misfortunes, but her fortune of place and interest in the land and life thereof.
A really well written book, a deep dive into an intelligent and creative woman, broken over and again by life, but buoyed again and again by the wild marsh that measures her world.
Plus a few twists I didn't see coming. Worth your time!
