I wanted an easy read to celebrate Christmas. Lily comes across as an extremely privileged brat. She takes care of her grandpa and it puts her in a depression to take care of another person. It was hard to like this book when the boyfriend character makes huge gestures and the person receiving is ungrateful.

I ended up rooting for Dash to break up with a toxic relationship (lies hanging out with other, doesn’t respond to texts, goes missing a second time). Hoping young people don’t think this is a healthy relationship.
