The Library of the Unwritten by A.J. Hackwith
Did not finish book. Stopped at 16%.
Love the idea of unwritten stories by authors landing in Hell where they're taken care of by a Librarian.
I can not find myself liking the writing style. It's hard to describe but I felt like the writing was doing a lot of: this character did this. That character did that. Name of character followed by action. It's telling more than describing with too much use of the characters name in each sentence.
I was introduced to 4 main characters. Can not find myself liking anything about them and it felt force - the conversation, their personality, their action. It felt in a weird way scripted. It is a book of course, but it didn't feel real where I can disappear with the characters and story.
