This is an interesting story, and it definitely has me intrigued. Kaguya doesn’t seem like a very complex character—teenage girl with mommy issues—but I get the feeling she’ll change quite a bit as the story moves forward. I’m interested in learning more about the relationship between the Moon and the Tainted World (Earth). I don’t imagine that this will become terribly politically complex, but I almost hope it does.

I’m curious to see what comes next, but I’m not hyper invested. Unless it manages to really hook me, I’ll continue with reading this via my library.
