This book was beautiful! The Chinese culture sprinkled throughout was so nice because I didn’t know about a lot of the traditional Chinese festivals and it really felt like I was there enjoying the festivals with the characters. I listened to the audiobook and I highly recommend! The narrators are great! Liya and Kai were both really well rounded characters and it was really nice to be in both of their heads so we could hear both sides of the story. 4.5 out of 5 stars!
