Barbarian Lover by Ruby Dixon

Best part of this book? The communication wow. Kira lets everyone know what her hang-ups are, more or less what she's planning and how she's feeling. I keep being pleasantly surprised by Dixon's stories. Kira and Aehako were just fine otherwise, they've basically already fallen in love so you don't get to see that, and the main plot isn't about them.
I like the continuation of the main plot and getting to learn more about the other girls, but this book felt like filler.
