This was a weird one. But like, good weird? Brady is an interesting fella and hearing his descriptions of things at times was so amusing (he referred to his two nurses as “scary, skanky bitches” and I basically died of laughter. Knew I was going to like him right away.)
The gore in the book was superb and the ick parts were described so well. I was never really sure what was going on with Brady and questioning his sanity made the book so interesting. He was such an unreliable narrator. I loved it.
The beginning is a little slow going but once it’s going there’s no stopping.
Other than that this was a solid story!
