Disappointed to find out that this was cut into two parts. This is a trilogy - that means THREE not four books!
If you notice my ratings for these books, they keep going down. First book: 5, second book: 4 and now this one: down to a 2. Come on Kirkman!
This book intersects with the story of Rick and gives us a different perspective on the same tale.
We still have the horror and shock from the previous books, but I feel like we didn't learn that much more. We do get a more detailed account of the torture of both Michonne and in turn, the Governor. I also appreciated the reasoning and thoughts of Martinez.
Lilly still annoys the heck out of me and she's moved on from using one man to another. However, this time there are consequences.
This book was eh and the comics gave us more insight and told the story much better!!
