Honestly this book was such a delight. There were so many swoony moments, and Ben & Kit are an adorable couple. It was lovely how their relationship evolved. Kate Clayborn's writing is a great mix of humor and emotion, character development is well done, and I constantly find myself surprised while I'm reading her books (and this was no exception).

Honestly the only thing that really didn't work for me was a conflict in the third act. It felt very much like it was just thrown in there for the sake of a third act breakup but it wasn't actually grounded in their relationship at all. I found myself multiple times in the last 20 percent wondering why Kit, a scientist, was fine jumping to such grand conclusions without any evidence.

Regardless, I am itching to dive into the next book in this series already!
