It was pretty obvious in the first few scenes where this was going and its a fun little ride once you accept that, yes, the main character is gonna
Spoilerput his entire head inside the sex workers vagina and he won't be dissuaded from it,
even if it kills him. 

The ending was a fun little twist with the sex-worker finding the whole thing reawakening her tragedy-suppressed mothering-instincts and
Spoilerthen deciding to keep the guy as her baby.
Ngl, did not see that coming haha.
