it was interesting, but some parts felt unnecessary, could have been shorter & achieved the same result. also, the slang language doesn’t seem very genius or interesting if you already know russian & english, so that was kind of a let down in terms of stylistic interest, yet it was certainly a unique reading experience this way. also the 21st chapter - kind of a letdown makes the whole thing fall flat a bit in terms of character development. nonetheless, a semi-worthwhile read, maybe i’ll have a more positive outlook on it on a second read.
