Changeling: A Memoir Of Parents Lost And Found by Sandra Newman
4.0
I don't read much memoir. And I normally have zero desire to read memoir about anyone 'normal' because of it's tendency to dwell on the sad, bleak and downright miserable. Sandra infuses her story with a bit of levity and her detachment from certain events comes off refreshing rather than cold. It's a quick read, with some beautiful insights, and a great tool to inform how you should write your own memoir, if that's your plan.
